I am not sure if this will get posted, but I had another review that I sent in and was displayed. Within 2 hours, I got an email saying that my review was being taken down because the Magic Carpet denied that I was a customer. This website encouraged me to send documentation to prove I had been a customer. I did by sending an email of our contract and a followup email from Brandi several days before the car was to be picked up that she had not found a carrier. My original review is back up. Also, if you are promised $50 to review your experience, it will be given to you only if you give a 5 star review which makes me question any review now- bad ones are taken down, 5 star reviews receive $50. My daughter's car has been picked up by another company and is due in N.C. in two days.
