I'm totally satisfied and Michelle did a great job of keeping informed about the status of the pick up and delivery. The process was delayed by hurricane Earl but Michelle and the driver kept in contact. Do yourself a favor and pick a big company like Magic Carpet and be patient. Trucks aren't waiting just for your order. To offer the very reasonable prices they have to fill their load before heading trans continental. The "scheduled" dates are just a schedule, not a guarantee. I understood that from the beginning. That's how all the companies work. But with a big company like Magic Carpet you have their clout with the actual truckers working for you. Chris and co-driver in their enclosed van delivered my car from New Jersey to California in perfect condition. After all, that's what's really important.
