Overall, my car transport went okay- however, I credit the carrier (Browning Auto Transport) a bit more than Magic Carpet. Magic Carpet said they would take 1-7 days to identify a carrier. They took two weeks, and I called them repeatedly to push them. I think Hillary was my main contact, however I talked to so many different people that I'm not sure. My car also was delivered late, which caused me to incur additional car rental costs. And the carrier required $50 more than the quoted price- necessary because of the change in route for the carrier but a possibility Magic Carpet did not make me aware of until the carrier had been identified and no time was left to find another option. I will say that everyone at Magic Carpet was friendly, and when time was running out, they worked hard to find a carrier.
