Overall, we were pleased with the transport company. The price was reasonable for a door to door delivery. Shelia was my main contact person and made it very easy to reach her with questions or any issues. She responded in a timely fashion and was always courteous and respectful. You can tell that customer service was very important to her, as well as maintaining the reputation of the company. I did experience communications issues with the driver regarding the pick-up, but Sheila handled everything and the car was picked up on time as as originally scheduled. Finally, the car was delivered with a smile. If anyone needs to transport a car across the country, I would recommend working with Magic Transport.
