Overall, my car transport went okay- however, I credit the carrier (Golden Key Express) somewhat more than Magic Carpet. Magic Carpet said they would take 1-7 days to identify a carrier. They took two weeks, and I called them repeatedly to push them. My main contact was Samual who left or was asked to leave sometime after I booked transportation. I did get the run around for several days before I was contacted by my new rep Kristen. She did a great job of getting everything booked and taken care of . I will say that everyone at Magic Carpet was friendly, and when time was running out, they worked hard to find a carrier.
