From the beginning the service provided to me by Magic Carpet auto transportation was far superior and stress free then the other transport company's I had been talking too or in most cases tried to talk to. They were the only real company that made me feel like they wanted my business ( and not just sending me a thousand spam emails like some others ) when it came to transporting my car.
When it came time to actually getting ready to load my car up, Michelle Henriksbo was very knowledgeable about solution's to any potential problems I might of had with getting my car loaded up while I was out of state. Every fear or worry I had was put at ease and where taken care of before they could even manifest.
They where very flexible around my busy schedule to make sure everything I needed was loaded up and ready by the time I needed it and the same thing with delivery. They waited for when I was ready and coordinated with me a perfect drop and pickup location that worked for me and the transport.
After stressing out so much in the beginning just to get the ball rolling on getting my car transported, I wish I had gone to Magic carpet auto transport sooner. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable, they made the process about as care free as I think it can be.
I will defiantly refer any of my friends to them in the future!
