I got the Magic Carpet Auto Transport from this Review website, since I need to move a vehicle from Stafford, TX to Omaha, NE. I placed an order on 23 Sept. They gave me an excellent rate and superb customer service. Within hours, they were able to assign a carrier to pick up my vehicle from an auto dealer on 28 Sept. It was really quick. Unfortunately, when the carrier arrived at the dealer on that date, the dealer wasn't able to make the vehicle ready for transport. This was really the dealer fault, since earlier they said that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Unfortunately it wasn't. Since it is a little bit too late for to find another truck for transport and I need the vehicle to be in Omaha before certain date, I decided to fly myself to Texas and drive the vehicle back to Omaha. When I called Stephanie about my problem that I can't wait too long for the vehicle and decided to fly and drive it by myself, she can understand it. And therefore she cancelled my order.
Overall, Magic Carpet Auto Transport is really highly recommended and provides a great customer service.
