First of all, I have to say the Magic Carpet staffs were very polite and courteous. My car was arrived in CA on time. However, my overall experience was not so good... The first gentle man accepted my case he messed up the pick-up schedule. I called him and tried to correct it but never heard back from him until next day a lady called me and told me that yesterday was his last day in the company. Then, I set up a pick-up schedule on 16th with the lady. Two days before the scheduled day, which was on 14th, the truck company called me and said they were coming to pick up the car NOW. What??? I explained to the guy that my car won’t be ready at this moment and I want to talk to Magic Carpet to check why the schedule got messed up again. As soon as I said so, the guy gave me an attitude and said why I want to check with Magic Carpet. They (the truck company) are the one to ship my car. You can imagine it wasn’t a positive conversation. Eventually, we set up the pick-up time on 17th. The truck came to get my car on time. One day before the car arrived in CA, the driver called me to let me know the drop-off time. He was very nice and polite. At the end, I don’t know how to describe my feelings. I am happy to get my car, but not so thrilled about what I had experienced.
