Mr. Eskey,
On behalf of our staff I would like to say that we regret that you feel you did not receive the FIVE STAR services that we pride ourselves on. Additionally, I would like to clarify a few points of miscommunication in regards to the rebate.
First, only one rebate is offered per customer and as our records show that it was your daughter, Sherry, who paid for both orders she would be the one due the rebate. This rebate was processed and issued to her and as you stated she has already received it. We do apologize for the delay in her receiving the rebate but as soon as we were made aware of the situation we worked to correct it. And have taken steps to eliminate the problem in the future.
When the second order was placed, it was with a significant upfront repeat customer discount.
