We were satisfied with Magic Carpet Transport service. The problems we did have were not with Magic Carpet, but with the carrier driver. We were told he would pick up the car on one day and that he'd contact our neighbor with a time estimate on that day. He never did call our neighbor. I had to call Magic Carpet to have them track him down and find out what had happened. We were then told that he'd be calling my neighbor 'right away' for pick up the following day. He never did call her again. He called my cell phone at about midnight leaving a message saying he'd be picking up the next day. He was there on time (this time) and delivery was only 2 days later. He was prompt with delivery...He said he'd be here at midnight and he was! Again, the problems we had were not those of Magic Carpet itself. Maybe they could have checked in on the driver sooner as we had no direct contact info for him, but as soon as I called them to say we had a problem, they put me on hold while they called him and took care of it. I'd use them again. I'm sure the carrier problems are hit or miss, regardless of transport company you choose.
