After quite a lot of researching and reading of reviews (mostly on here), I chose Magic Carpet Auto Transport to move our vehicle from WA to GA for a military move. We did have some problems in the beginning about the timeline because an enclosed transport moves more quickly than an open one and we wouldn't have been in Georgia when it got here, but they were totally up front with me about it and eventually with some tweaking we got it all worked out. The price never changed, the contact was absolutely excellent (periodic emails updating me, even when I wasn't expecting it), and they even asked permission to use a soft sided enclosed carrier instead of a hard side (which was totally fine). They keep excellent hours (we got one call at 7:30am their time and they even work Saturdays), and were wonderful with follow up and making sure that we were totally satisfied with our carrier (International Transporters), which we were. I would have absolutely no qualms about using Magic Carpet again, and I'll be recommending them to any and all of our fellow military families who need to move a vehicle! Moving a car you care about is never easy, but Hillary and her co-workers made it as painless as they could. Thanks!
