This was my first time shipping a car, so all in all everything went pretty well. There were a couple mis-communications in the beginning, but they were all resolved very quickly. I guess my advice on that is to double check confirmation emails, they send them for a reason. Hillary was very good about clearing everything up. My car was picked up in the time frame they promised, and it arrived at its destination early. It was dirty (as expected), but nothing a trip to a car wash couldn't fix. My only complaint( minor) is I wish the guy who picked up my car had better english (he was very nice though). I didn't have that problem on the delivery side.
