I was dealing with Hilary throught this process and she was excellent. She was professional, informative, and very knowledgeable about shipping and information. Having never shipped anyhting before she was very patient at explaning the process, and even if we didn't chose Magic carpet she took the time to explain things to watch out for from other companies, and as well gave me the transport review site to check, all this information was important to me to know. She explained everything clearly and set very honest expectations of the pick up date and drop off times. She was not pushy, and very helpful and responded promptly to my emails
Great service.

Would absolutely use them again and refer to other friends
