Well my experience with MCAT has been interesting, fun, and slightly stressful. When I first called MCAT I met Michelle, she was a big help in setting up everything and getting the ball rolling. Michelle had great customer service in following up with me during every step of the way. There was a little miscommunication about payment but luckily it was cleared up and taken care of quickly.

My stress was solely due to the actual trucking company that was hired. The driver was extremely rude and ill mannered. When he arrived at my Shop instantly he decided that I was a punk kid who deserved 0 respect from him. Smart remarks and hands in my face soon followed. After speaking with Michelle and having MCAT contact his Dispatch he soon calmed down. The delivery was on time and everything, except the soot that covered the car, was fine. No scratches, dings or dents anywhere relieved me when we received it in Las Vegas.

So overall I found that the process went smoothly, I had great customer service on MCAT's behalf and I will recommend them* to anyone for future use.
