Had problems after the first customer service agent left the company and then the cost was more than originally quoted. Eventually Blaine resolved all my problems but it took a lot of time and frustration on my part dealing with what should have been a simple shipment of one vehicle. Based on my experiences I would not use Magic Carpet again but as I said Blaine worked very hard to resolve all the issues after he took over as my customer service agent.
