I would not use this company again. First they couldn't find someone to pick up the vehicle so they were 3 days late. Then they cahraged me more money that was originally quoted because thhe driver they found wanted more money. The day that they arrived to pick up my car the company called AFTER the driver had left and told me they couldn't make it. I panicked thinking I just gave my car away. They were disorganized and didn't know what was going on. I am still ok with that but my 1 yr old car was in horrible condition when it arrived. There were some sort of grease or oil all over the exterior of the car. It was so filthy I couldn't see out of the front or rear window. I took it through a car wash and the grease/oil remained. I had to have it professionally cleaned. They told me I could get a $25 credit for filling out a survey after I received the car but no one bothered returning my emails to let me know how to do that. Extremely Dissapointed!!!
