Hillary did an amazing job of providing me information on how my car would be shipped and then kept in contact with me during the whole process. I liked the options that were provided to me as means of communication. Hillary gave me the option of using email, cell phone and text messaging when she needed to contact me for any reason, and I believe we used almost all of them. Not many do that, and I found out the hard way. I had another company scheduled to move my car, but they failed in the communication and shipment process. I contacted Magic Carpet and was not disappointed at all. In fact I got my car two days early, which was fantastic. The carrier they used was awesome, and I hope that they continue to use his services. If you have been given the run around by other transport companies like I have. Contact Hillary at Magic Carpet, she and the rest of the team at Magic Carpet are the best!
