Fortunately we were not in a hurry for this move and we were able to amend our original arrangements. When I first placed the order it was to move the vehicle from Eads, TN to Rio Dell, CA at a certain price. I recieved a call from another broker that bid but was not selected and he said "they will never move the vehicle for the original price quote". That turned out to be true. After several weeks of trying to find a carrier I finally bailed the original broker out by adjusting the delevery location from Rio Dell, CA to Central Popint, OR and even though it was a few miles shorter distance it cost more than the original agreed upon contracted price, as predicted by the disgruntled competitor.

Once the final arrangements were made, the actual transport went according to the ameded plan.

Throughout the process customer service from the broker and drives was good. All were cordial and respectful. Blaine's follow up was excellent throughtout the process.

This is a very cutthroat business. Buyer be ware!
