From my overall experience, I would definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again. I was rather anxious about having my car moved across the country, as I had never had to do this before but Sheila made thingd comfortable and easy to understand. In particular, I appreciate that with Magic Carpet Auto Transport all customers are assigned one contact person throughout the entire process - - in contacting other companies, I was not offered this option. I consider myself lucky in having been put in touch with Sheila, as she was very professional, helpful and efficient. In addition, Sheila was kind enough to provide her cell phone number so it was even easy to contact her with questions during the weekend (this was especially helpful when my car arrived on a Sunday and I had a question about final payment).

Even though pick-up was 1 day late, the timing actually turned out perfectly, as I had one extra day to use my car before flying to Washington. Thus, I didn't have to ask friends for any rides/deal with a rental car. Delivery was on time and I was happy to see that my car arrived without any damages.

In terms of total cost, I called a few other companies before deciding on Magic Carpet Auto Transport and their pricing is certainly competitive. There was only one other company that offered a better quote, but it was only $65 cheaper and I knew from speaking with Sheila that the little extra cost would be worth it.

I had a great experience with this company and would recommend it to family and friends. If you decide on Magic Carpet Auto Transport, I would HIGHLY suggest asking for Sheila - - she really did make the experience a pleasant one!
