This was our second time transporting a vehicle, so we had a little knowledge of the process going in, but weren't seasoned veterans by any means. Michelle was very helpful in explaining the entire process to us and helped us with all of the necessary scheduling and paperwork.
We were very anxious in getting our new car and called Michelle on multiple occasions asking random questions and confirming dates and times. She proved to be very professional, respectful, patient and forthcoming in all conversations. She even made sure to call us immediately after we received the car to be sure that everything went smoothly with the transaction and that the car was in the good condition.
The truck driver called to let us know that he was an hour away from delivering our car and then again when he was only a few blocks away. The street we live on is quite narrow and difficult to maneuver a big truck, so he had to park a couple blocks away and then drive our car to our front door. Above and beyond what was expected.
The next time we need to transport our car we're definitely calling Magic Carpet!
