I requested over a dozen car transport quotes from almost every and any transport company I found on the web. It was only after receiving them that I came to understand the WHOLE process behind shipping a vehicle - with the brokers and the posting board and the transport companies. Each one then followed up with a phone call and after talking to a few of them, I found out there's a lot of characters in this industry. So I did my research on each of the companies and found out that Magic Carpet was top rated. I saw plenty of good reviews for Kathy and was delighted that she was the one who had sent me an email. Although I had only requested a quote for one car, I needed to ship two and after a discussion with Kathy, she was more than willing to help and get me the best deal possible. I'll also mention that she was not the lowest quote - however, from everything I heard from others in the industry and through the reviews - the lowest price doesn't mean the best quality. You get what you pay for!

Throughout the process, Kathy (along with her co-workers) was there to answer my questions along the way and was very responsive. Even during my moving process, when I was the most stressed and became a little edgy with Kathy, she was more than understanding and remained calm - doing whatever it took to make sure that everything went smoothly. Both vehicles arrived early with one of the carriers taking less than a week! I was delighted with the transport companies that she connected us with and very happy with the end result.

I would strongly recommend using Magic Carpet and if not, at least do your homework and go with someone you can trust.
