Pam I'm very disapointd that you've changed your 5 star review which I worked very hard to earn, into a 3 star review. I wish you would have just followed the instructions in the email I sent you, in the first place, for this never would have turned into a "hassel." Also I never said you would have to submit a second review, we just needed a signature page which is the part you skipped the first time, and the one I sent you the link to. Next our managment has decided weeks ago to do away with the rebate program because of reivew like this one. Reviews that are based on people wanting thier money ASAP and not the service they recieved. Also I like to recomend reading some of our reviews in responce to your "cheaper companies" comment. If you read our reviews you'll find that many of our customers start with "cheaper" companies and end up going with us after horrible experiences. Experience that waste thier time and money. The reason Magic Carpet "cost more" is becuase we don't purpuosely underquote people to draw in buisness. Unlike many others in this indusrty we are actaully in the buisness of moving cars. And we did a great job moving yours. You put your order in and the next day we had a truck assigned to pick your car up the first day it became aviable. You even admit that you were please with both my service and the drivers. So is a 3 star really fair? Also I'd like to point out that Magic Carpet has an A- BBB rating and is accreditied by them.
