Pick up was on time and delivery was a day late as the carrier truck needed repairs, or it would have been on time. I worked with Trevon, who is higher up in the organization, this time, since he came through for me the first time I used Magic Carpet when there were some issues with the scheduling of the pick up of the car. Overall, the process went well (both times) and they use good carrier companies, which is what is important, because the carrier is the one who has your car.
