This was my first experience using Magic Carpet. My main contact was Stephanie. Stephanie was very helpful and followed up with phone calls. She scheduled my pickup with a carrier on my requested date.
The carrier (LSH Express) picked up my car on the scheduled date, but not until after 10pm. The car was supposed to be delivered 6 days later, but it took 11 days. The reason for the delay was supposedly the carrier had truck trouble. I can certainly understand the carrier having truck problems, but a phone call from either the carrier or Magic Carpet would have been very much appreciated.
Overall my experience with Magic Carpet was a 4+ and I would recommend them.
