Overall stress-free experience. Michelle was quick to respond to my inquiry and gave a competetive quote. Good communication during pre-pickup and following delivery. Pickup came a few days early which was no problem except that if it was any earlier we would have been out of town. Car arrived in same condition as it left (other than the road grime). I would certainly recommend using this particular dealer and specifically Michelle Henriksbo.
