I contacted this company three weeks in advance due to their five star ranking. They assured me multiple times that they would pickup and deliver on time. As we started getting closer to pickup, suddenly their overconfindent fascade begain to crumble and they admitted they had nobody lined up to move my car. In a pinch, I lucked out and found a different broker who knew what he was doing. He bumped the price up $150 and got somebody to pick it up the same day I called. STAY AWAY FROM MAGIC CAPET, THEY ARE AMATEURS WHO PROMISE ALOT AND DELIVER NOTHING.

Thomas, We did get your vehicle dispatched right away for pickup. However, due to circumstances out of our control as a broker, the carrier that was assigned to this load had broken down. At that time we did get very diligent in getting a different carrier for you. This situation is one that does not happen frequently. We did the best we could do with this order and our apologies that things did work out.
