Thomas, We did get your vehicle dispatched right away for pickup. However, due to circumstances out of our control as a broker, the carrier that was assigned to this load had broken down. At that time we did get very diligent in getting a different carrier for you. This situation is one that does not happen frequently. We did the best we could do with this order and our apologies that things did work out.
