I had a very positive experience in dealing with Michelle at Magic Carpet. I needed my car picked up within a very short timeframe and she was able to get a driver within an hour of our phone conversation. When I had a sudden change of plans and needed to put the pickup on hold, she was once again accommodating. Due to the nature of the transport business, there are many unknowns for the customer. So it's important to work with a broker who has reliable customer service. Based on my experience, I would ship with Magic Carpet in the future.
