Our experience with Magic Carpet Transport was overall very good. However, you may wish to review your email notification system.
We received an email to advise that the car had been collected about 3 days after the event. This information was fairly useless as we knew within 1 hour of the car being picked up that the car was on its way (due to notification from friends who loaded the car for us with your driver).
Secondly, we just received an email notifying us that the car had been delivered. The car was delivered a week ago and we were well aware of that at the time of delivery - one week ago - as your driver called us to get payment. We arranged the payment there and then, even though it was not made clear to us that payment was required upon delivery. We had given your agent payment details for the deposit and were led to believe that these payment details would also take care of the balance payment on delivery.
Overall, the service was good. The practicle side was excellent although the customer service - especially the email notifications were fairly useless.
