Remember that often the primary agent is not necessarily connected to the transport company who actually does the relocation.

In our case, the primary agent, Trevon Bond, was excellent & very courteous!

However, the driver from the transport company was surly & rude! He showed up a day later than originally scheduled...and delivered the vehicle 3 days after scheduled...

Fortunately, in our case, the timing wasn't critical...and everything went very smoothly until the final 3 hours! The driver took a wrong exit off the freeway & he got into a very bad mood, which he proceeded to take out on me, the customer!!! Bad idea!

I am using Trevon Bond again, to transport my wife's Lincoln Navigator, but I've already told him to ensure we get a different (more courteous) driver!
