Annie was excellent. I have already referred her to a friend. The carrier that transported my car(Speed Aoto Transport, Inc.) was absolutely the worst. The message on their answering machine is in Spanish. The drivers don't speak English. The car was picked up a day late. Nobody could tell me where my car was for 7 days. When it arrived, it sat in L.A. for a day before I was contacted that is was available to be delivered.
