Once I made the final decision to ship my car ( instead of driving it), the big question was how to choose a reliable auto transport company given I only had one week before the car had to be picked up. Coming across transport reviews.com website, I carefully looked at few of the highly rated companies. Although the price quoted by Magic carpet seemed to be higher than the other quotes received, I decided to choose Magic carpet auto transport due to their 5 star rating and overall good standing. When I first spoke with Annie regarding the whole process and various steps involved, she was very thorough and patient in answering all the questions. She was very quick in completing all the requirements for the order placement as well as the assignment of the carrier. She was always aware of the situation and conditions mentioned to her at the time of order placement and provided individual attention to my needs in every conversation. Now, when I look at the whole task from start to finish, I am very glad I choose Magic carpet for my car transport. Both the pick up and delivery was well coordinated by Annie. Thank you Annie!
