Magic Carpet was the first company to contact me when I put out a quote and I was not disappointed. Kathy was clear in her answers to my questions and made sure to stay in contact with me as we were getting things set up. When there was an issue contacting the person who was going to provide the car for pick-up, Kathy called to let me know and did a good job of trying to resolve the situation by asking for alternative phone numbers and putting me in contact with the carrier directly. Car was dirty on arrival, but that would be expected since it was on an Open Truck. Overall, good experience. Would use again.
