This was the second time I had used this firm and they did good work both times. Michelle was on top of the job from the very beginning. Her competence and genuine concern came clearly through. I was impressed by the short time - 3 days - it took her to find a carrier for me. The carrier checked in with me when several hours away and arrived at the time he said. This was surprising since it was snowing and he had to drive over the Cascade Mountains at night. He was careful in loading and securing the vehicle. He checked in a couple of times while in transit. Michelle checked in with me to update me on the movement of the vehicle. I can recommend Michelle and Magic Carpet without hesitation.
