CRAPPY SERVICE AT MAGIC AUTO TRANSPORT

This is the WORST shipping company I have ever delt with!!!! Here is the story..... I placed the quote request back on 5-14-07. I was initially quoted $849 for enclosed transport by email..very misleading! Yes it actually said enclosed! After calling to book, Danielle, the contact person , called to apologize for the error and said it would cost $1249. That was my fatal error to agree to ship with this dishonest company. For the next 44 days of hell. Danielle sent two OPEN carriers on two seperate occasions to have my car picked up when I clearly said enclosed and was quoted for an enclosed carrier. When I called to tell her she sent open carriers to pick up my car, she did nothing to correct it unitl I called back a week later to find out what was going on. Each time I called Danielle to tell her about her mistake, she got defensive and said it was not her fault. Weeks went by and I finally called to enquire about the status of my order, gave me excuse after excuse. Oh did I mention that she told me, "according to my records, your car was picked up and already delivered." My car had not even moved from the place of origin! She then had the nerve to tell me that she was giving me a break, because with each cancelled transport they should be charging me $100. (how does that work when it was their mistake?) When I called to ask to speak with the manager on two occasions, I was told that he was not there. They said the only way to get in touch was through email. What a load of crap. Finally after 44 days of a run around, I cancelled with this awful business, rescheduled the same day with a better business and had it shipped the next day!

Danielle, if you read this, I want you to know that you are pathetic as an "Acccount Executive." There is no place for a liar like you! Magic Carpet Auto Transport is the way to go if you WANT TO GET SCREWED! Yes I contacted the Better Business Burea!!!

Todd is your typical client who either can't read or chooses not to read the terms and conditions that go out with every order. The quote came in as an open carrier, we arranged to have the car picked up and they refused to release it on the open carrier. We arranged for and had THREE more carriers go to pick up Todd's vehicle. All three times Todds people lied to us about meeting the driver. On one occassion Todds pick up person assured us he would be available to deliver the car to the truck. When the truck showed up the pick up person was no where to be found. Afrter an hour of trying to track this flake down we found him on the golf course and he informed us him game was more important. We had arranged for pick ups on 4 different occasions and after our trucks were jerked around every single time we cancelled Todd. Todd really should learn to tell the truth.
