Nicole was great, however the transport company, Advance Car Carrier CH, was EXTREMELY unprofessional and extremely poor with their communication. The car was delivered early, which was good, however the interior of the car was fithly dirty...so much so I had to have it detaled before anyone could sit in it.. IF they did they would have had dirt and debris all over their clothes...it was as if the windows were open and the sand and grit all over the interior seats and dash board.. large grease stains oin the front carpet and floor mats. The delivery driver, Alex, was extremly rude and had ZERO customer service skills!
