I called to to confirm a quote and was assured I would have a carrier to pick up my vehicle. The week of shipping arrives and I received a phone call indicating I would have to pay an additional $150 to get my vehicle to ship. I have to wonder why Magic Carpet Auto Transport would supply an agreed to quote to ship a vehicle and later indicate it would be additional money and not on the agreed day? Secondly, I have to question how Magic Carpet Auto Transport maintains the Better Business Bureau rating of 5 stars doing business as they did with me. I was extremely disappointed with this kind of customer service. I would expect better from a BBB 5-star rated company. My vehicle did ship and arrive although it cost me more than was quoted. Use at your own risk.

Ryan, I am sorry that you feel your customer service was not what you expected. I kept you informed of all changes as they occurred. That is why our pick up and delivery dates are just estimates and your vehicle still arrived early. I understand your frustration about your price increase, but with gas prices skyrocketing over the last couple weeks, our carriers are seeing an increase which trickles down to us. Annie
