Absolutely a pleasure to work with such a wonderful, honest and prompt company. I needed to have my brothers truck moved across country for him while he is serving a 2 year tour in Italy. I was is a rush due to a rude auto repair co. I contacted Trevon around 2pm on Thursday afternoon and by 7pm a truck driver had contacted me to pick up on Friday. Trevon called and emailed to check upon the pickup and delivery. I had gotten at least 15 quotes from other companies and chose to go with Magic Carpet due to the helpfulness, friendliness, and the price did not hurt either. The truck was transported from CA to OH, which is 2500 miles, in 5 days. The driver contacted me the day before to let me know about delivery and then again the day of. Could not ask for better customer service or customer satisfaction.
