Another example of a client who doesn't either read the terms and conditions or don't want to abide by them. It says no less than 15 times in our terms and conditions that we DO NOT GUARANTEE PICK UP or DELIVERY DATES. It's the nature of the business.
We did find this client a ride however he still insists on giving us a negative rating. Crystal is never out of the office other than two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. She is here 10 hours a day, usually from 5:30 PST to :30 PST M-F. If this unhappy client couldn't get hold of herm (which I highly doubt based on the number of outstanding reviews she has personally on this site.) Then he called after her work hours.
Again it's amazing that we completed the task at had and got the clients car moved but they still gave us a negative rating for something that is clearly out lined in our terms and conditions.
