Michelle was knowledgeable and was flexible to understand my request for an early pickup and she tried couple of quotes before I could get the best quote. She also tried to match the quote from a different transport company but it was high by $15 but the service was great and I received the car in time. Michelle follows up all through the process before the car is picked up.
