Driver never showed up to pick the vehicle. Upon calling the driver, he said that he had cancelled the order with Mainline auto service. But mainline auto service never acknowledge the fact. Upon repetative calling, they informed that the driver's vehicle has broken down and driver left a voice msg for them and they are going to contact driver pretty soon. Since i was having tight deadline and book my flights out of town well in advance, i was pretty anxious to get my vehicle picked up.
Now here starts the fun, Next day onwards no reponse from the company. No reply from the sales guy or dispatch via phone, no replies to several emails and fax bounced back. So after a day or so waiting for reply or to hear back from them, i sent email regarding cancelling the order.
Finally i got reply back that since it is written in my contract that they wont refund deposit amount of $150, i wont get my deposit back. This is under dispute as my credit card company is handling it.
Well i am to be blamed partially for not doing great research of such imposters. But after i had bad experience i researched on the net and found that this company is black listed with BBB. Here is another link i found on web.
