They told us they would pick up or car on a certain day if we paid them a fee. So we did and they called the day before they were due to pick up to say they couldn't make it until two or three days later. So because they breached their own contract we cancelled and were informed we would get a refund. Yea, we never got it. I called and now their phone lines are down due to "technical difficulties". What a load of crap. They keep our money and now we can't get a hold of them. DON'T EVER USE THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIVES!!!
