On March 20, 2009, Luis promised that he could have the vehicle picked up April 7-10th, 2009. I never heard from him on the 7th, so I called and left a message on the 8th. No call back. I phoned and left a few messages on the 9th, one return call from Josalyn to say he would call me back that eve with the time for pickup on the 10th. No call that eve, no Call on the 10th. I left more messages on the 10th, no return calls. Left another on the 11th, and emailed him to cancel. The fact that I never received an honest return phone call, questions the integrity of the company. I had to find another company on Monday April 13, and then after no response "out of the blue" a call on April 16th to schedule a pick up.. This company clearly needs a class on Customer Service and Courtesy. A call back at any time between April 7-10th would have resolved our concerns, If it took longer to get a pick up I can understand that, but to just ignore us and not call us back, UNACCEPTABLE........Would not recommend this company..
