They did not perform the service I had contracted them for. They were unresponsive to calls and emails about the status of my vehicle untill I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and to post a review on this website. After they received this phone call from me. Luis Vinals finally called me back and told me he would issue me a refund. He told me it would take a few days for the $150 deposit to be issued to my account. I waited two weeks for the refund to show up. It never showed up. I called once more and emailed and did not hear a response. I gave them many chances to do what they said they were going to do. Luis did tell me that it would be difficult to move my car for the price but he would try. In this regard, he was honest. In all other regards, he was unresponsive, provided poor customer service and his company simply lied to me which caused huge aggravation and stress since I now have to dispute this with my credit card. The lesson here is to use an established, reputable carrier even if it costs a bit more.
