I found National Auto Transport online and didn't know the carrier they chose M&E had that horrific reputation, until I handed my car to them and flew to CA. The pick up was a nightmare and miserable. Scheduled to be April 29 or May 1. But didn't call me about the "delay" until I asked the pick up status to NAT. Which they put me on wait day by day until May 7 early morning. I waited for the entire week but the truck driver hassle me to show up "on time" in 20 mins. Which this delay caused me to cancel my flight and rebook the next week. Then I found the comments here and scared myself and worried day by day about my car. I tried to call M&E and ask for the status of my car, which the phoen was never picked up. Until May 22, M&E finally called me and ask me if I can pick up the car that morning in such a short notice. Of course I have to otherwise I wouldn't know when I'll ever see my car again. So they dropped off my car and its extremely dirty, even the interior has grease and dirt on it. Also, for watever reason, there were extra 35 miles drove on my car and the stereo was switched to radio (which I turned off when I dropped off). Never trust their time frame and schedule appointments. Also, wrap your seats and secure everything. Just in case.
