Well I can't say enough about the communication and lack of requiring a down payment from this company. I work with this company for two months planning on transporting two cars back to NY. Then Coronavirus broke out and I decided to take one car back, I called to cancel and go to only one car to transport. The management was completely understanding and professional. I called again a week later as we did not want to board a plane and we canceled the whole order and again completely understanding. I'm sure this business will take a hit during this corona virus time but I will always use them in the future as they treated me with the upmost professionalism from start to finish.
