At first, I wasn't sure about transporting my car. Nelson did a good job working with me in terms of what was the date that I needed the car to arrive and then working backwards to see when the car needed to be picked up. He was able to answer my questions in a prompt manner. He was able to find me an auto company that allowed me to pay via Venmo instead of carrying cash on me.
The auto group he found was Soft Trans Auto LLC. The driver, Ricky, was fantastic to work with. He he took photos of my car before he left with the car and sent me the photos. He communicated updates and got me my car on time. My car was in great shape and he was able to work with me on the Venmo payment. I would use Soft Trans Auto again in a heartbeat.
