I had my car transported from Dallas Tx to Hyattsville MD. The process of getting it moved was seamless, lots of communication on both ends so I was very happy about that. Unfortunately they dropped my car off at night so during the initial review of my vehicle, I thought it was fine but I did later see that I had a crack in my windshield and the top of my car on the passenger side is scraped and dented in. Neither of the drivers made me aware of this and pictures dating from the pickup will clearly reveal that my 2020 VW Passat was in perfect condition upon pickup. Although I’m just going to take the loss on this one since I didn’t realize before but I paid $700 for my car to be transported, and it sucks that my brand new car sustained damage.
