Broker Nelson Sanz did his job well. First driver backed out of the job due to issues on his end. Nelson immediately got another transporter to take on the job at a slightly higher rate which I agreed to. (Nelson offered to continue looking for another driver to do the job at the original rate). I understand they are dealing with a verity of drivers and companies and that things happen. Overall I am satisfied and was kept informed. Delivery was made at the agreed appon time.
