My truck broke down in Birmingham on my way to Atlanta on a Thursday. I saw this website online I was a bit skeptical because of the negative reviews. But I emailed them anyway, with an hour Julian called me and assured me that he would get my care home and he gave me a price. I was very happy with the price but still feeling a bit nervous. I called him Monday when I returned home he said he was on the line with drivers trying to get me taken care of. He called me back to let me know that driver was asking for more than he told me and asked that I give him more time to find a driver with the rate he promised even if he had to take a loss. He found a driver Luis we talked he said he would pick my car up Tuesday morning and deliver it to me same day. He do exactly what he promised, and at the rate Julian promised. Thanks for your help and I appreciate you being a man of your word. I will definitely recommend your company to others and if I ever have this type issue you are locked in my phone. Please don’t ever forget me your Memphis brother.
