So this is the first time I needed to move a car between states (around 300 miles). It took me a minute to understand the industry as it appears ALL companies that represent themselves as car transport companies are brokers who post your needs on a national ride board. And may or may not know or have had prior direct experience with the actual hauler other than that they are properly insured and bonded. Nelson at M & M gets 4 stars despite some shaky communication issues. The hauler was a polite fellow with a one car trailer set up who worked for his mom. He was a good communicator who gets 5 stars.
